Directions

1. Pour water into a boiler up to the safety valve. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of ground coffee into the filter and place on top of the boiler. Close the pot and place on stove over a medium heat. As soon as the coffee starts to gurgle, turn off heat and set aside until coffee is fully extracted.

2. Place the cream into a glass bowl and add the vanilla beans. Whip until soft peaks begin to form, adding some castor sugar to taste.

3. Place two blocks of Lindt Chocolate into your mug and pour over the coffee. Stir until melted. Add sugar to taste (optional).

4. Top with a couple of spoonsful of vanilla cream and dust with a little finely grated chocolate.

5. Garnish with mini marshmallows and an extra piece of chocolate and serve.

  • 3 tbsp. (45ml) Foreign Ground Brazil Coffee Beans; ground
  • 40g Lindt Excellence 70% Chocolate
  • ½ cup (125ml) Crystal Valley Cream
  • 1 vanilla pod; seeds scraped out
  • 1 tsp. (5ml) castor sugar
  • Extra Lindt Chocolate; for garnish
  • Handful of mini marshmallows; for garnish
